Luuk Hilhorst, the founder of LHT Consultancy, was the Production Manager at various confectionary producing companies, working with starch moulding lines like NID. In his previous jobs, he experienced all the ins and outs of the starch moulding technology and handled all possible relevant issues with starch moulding, like starch moisture, drying and cooling situations, viscosities, cooking, moulding models and shapes, etc.
